Delivery term
The usual delivery time for SPS usually ranges from 24 to 48 hours, counted from the time the order leaves our warehouse. For Islands and Europe, 4 to 6 business days, since the order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
If you have purchased a product that you do not like or it is not your size, you can request the change for another or the refund of the product’s money. In both cases the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Wrong product
If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the order, you must notify SPS as soon as possible. Do it through the contact section of our website and we will process your incident immediately. The shipping costs will be paid by SPS.
Manufacturer's guarantee
All of our products enjoy a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
